Who we are

CollectiveIS is the trading name of Collective IS 4IR (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 2020/676506/07 (“CollectiveIS”), a South African technology company located at 4 Cedar Ave West, Maroeladal, Johannesburg, 2191, Gauteng, South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), CollectiveIS is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: full name, organisation, job title, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and your message. The web server that hosts this site also records standard technical logs, such as IP address, date, time and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.

This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising services and does not set tracking cookies.

Why we process it

Do not upload evidence, credentials, financial records or confidential case material through a general website form. CollectiveIS will provide an approved secure transfer method after scope and authority have been confirmed.

Your rights

Subject to POPIA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact our Information Officer at support@collectiveis.info. CollectiveIS’s Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator (South Africa), Registration Number 2026-061881. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
